2015 - Revenue from established international businesses overtook the UK for the first time - Withdrew from Germany | 2015 - Reached 6 million Membership customers |
2016 - Step change in North America with the acquisition of Utility Service Partners - North America becomes our biggest business by customer numbers, with 2.2m customers | 2016 - Reached 7 million Membership customers

2019 - Established our presence in Japan in a joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation - North America become the Group's largest business by profit - Sold Italian joint venture - Acquired 79% of eLocal to launch Home Experts in North America - Acquired 100% of Habitissimo to advance Home Experts strategy in Spain - Reached 60,000 paying trades in Home Experts |

2020 - Business proved resilient during the COVID pandemic: we continued to grow and did 3,000 free jobs in the UK for key workers – HomeServe plc briefly joined the FTSE 100 - Launch of the HomeServe Foundation and HomeServe Academy to champion apprenticeships - Acquisition of Mesos drives expansion from Spain into Portugal |

2022 – Launch of HomeServe Advantage Program (HVAC as a Service) in North America, as well as Tech Protection and Electric Vehicle Charging - Launch of TradeUp, an initiative to bring together accredited training providers to drive rapid re-skilling and create more skilled tradespeople – Over 340 jobs per hour for Membership customers worldwide – Ondo InsureTech Plc, new owners of LeakBot, floated on the UK stock market – Announcement of sale of HomeServe plc to Brookfield, valuing the business at £4.1bn, £12 per share – In September 2022 HomeServe re-joined the FTSE 100 |

2023 – HomeServe plc was acquired by Hestia Bidco Limited, an indirect subsidiary of funds advised or managed by affiliates of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. HomeServe has therefore left the public markets. – Launched in Germany, adding a new country to our footprint in the UK, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Japan. |
