Richard was the Founder and Chief Executive of HomeServe, which was set up in 1993 as a joint venture with South Staffordshire Group. He became Chairman of HomeServe EMEA following the acquisition by Brookfield.  Also the founder and Non-Executive Director of Growth Partner LLP, investing in and helping small consumer businesses to step change their growth and the Enterprise Trust, a charity that encourages young enterprise, apprenticeships and SME’s.  Previously a brand manager with Procter & Gamble, followed by management consultancy with Deloitte and his own company.

Prior to joining HomeServe, Ross fulfilled the dual role of CEO of WiggleCRC, the international online sports retailer, and Managing Director at Bridgepoint, where he was responsible for improving digital capability across Bridgepoint’s portfolio. Prior to Bridgepoint, Ross held senior roles in digital retail with Argos & Debenhams and in consulting with Bain & Company. Ross started his career at Procter & Gamble in marketing.

Taylor was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of HomeServe EMEA in March 2023. Prior to joining HomeServe, he served as Vice President at Brookfield managing investments in its Infrastructure business.

Chris joined HomeServe in 2008 and has held a number of roles in the central team. His focus over recent years has been on group M&A and strategic projects. Prior to HomeServe, Chris spent 10 years at KPMG in their Corporate Finance team.

Guillaume was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, HomeServe France in April 2015. Previously at Affinion Group where he undertook a number of roles culminating in four years as President of Affinion Group’s International Division.  Before joining Affinion in December 2002, he spent 13 years at American Express firstly in finance, sales and business development roles and later in the Corporate Services Division where he was VP Commercial Card, Western Europe.

Mike was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Consumer Finance in May 2021. Prior to joining HomeServe, Mike was Director for the John Lewis Partnership’s consumer financial services business unit. Prior to John Lewis, Mike held senior roles scaling an enterprise software company and in consulting with Bain & Company. Mike started his career at Lehman Brothers in Corporate Finance in North America.

Nick was appointed CEO of HomeServe Membership Limited on 1st January 2024. Nick has been at HomeServe since 2013 in a variety of roles across finance, planning, marketing and commercial functions. He was appointed CFO in 2019 in a role that also included responsibility for commercial and product functions. Prior to joining HomeServe, Nick held finance and commercial roles at Bank of America's MBNA card division, Vodafone and Ford Motor Company.

Jonathan joined HomeServe in October 2000 as Business Development Director after a career in retail with Boots. He became Managing Director of the UK business in 2001 and was appointed CEO of HomeServe USA in 2005. He returned to the UK business as CEO of HomeServe Membership in 2011. Since 2014, he has had a portfolio career, including 3 years as chairman of Love Energy Savings, a PE backed energy broker and is currently chairman of the Global Ethics and Compliance committee at Barilla, the Italian multinational food business. He has remained involved with HomeServe, however, having served until recently on the board of HomeServe USA. Since 2019, he has been chairman of HomeServe Japan, a joint venture between HomeServe and Mitsubishi Corporation

Fernando was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, HomeServe Spain in February 2018 having joined the Spanish claims business in 2008, undertaking a number of senior roles including Managing Director.  Before joining HomeServe he undertook a number of roles in the insurance sector for CASER and MAPFRE including Chief Actuary, Business Development Director and Chief Marketing Officer.

Thomas is responsible for HomeServe’s business in Germany. He joined HomeServe UK in June 2014 as Director of Strategy. During his tenure in HomeServe UK, he was also responsible for areas such as Customer Service and HomeServe Installations. In January 2021 he launched HomeServe Germany. Thomas has extensive experience in international customer focussed and disruptive companies, such as Bank of America, MBNA, and OVO Energy.

Louis was appointed as Chief Investment Officer of HomeServe EMEA in May 2023. Prior to joining HomeServe, he served as Senior Vice President at Brookfield executing new transactions and managing investments in its Infrastructure business.
